The External Customer Request is the first step (for extramural investigators) toward accessing imaging equipment and resources.

After you have completed and submitted your request, you will receive a date/time-stamped email confirming the submission of your request for a possible imaging study within UCSF's Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging.

Expected turnaround time for review and response is approximately 72 hours. Should you not hear back from us within this timeframe.
