Kazim Narsinh, MD Joins UCSF Radiology Faculty

Headshot of Kazim Narsinh, MD - new UCSF Radiology faculty memberThe UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is pleased to announce that Kazim Narsinh, MD has joined our faculty as an assistant professor in residence in the Neurointerventional Radiology section starting on February 1, 2022.

Prior to joining the faculty, Dr. Narsinh obtained a medical degree at the UC San Diego School of Medicine, where he was a Howard Hughes Medical Research Fellow. He then completed a surgical internship at Stanford, a radiology residency at UC San Diego, an interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, a neuroradiology fellowship at UCSF, and a neurointerventional fellowship at UCSF.

As a clinician and scientist, Dr. Narsinh has authored more than 60 articles on topics including single cell transcriptomics, cellular and molecular imaging, carcinogenesis, and vascular disease. He is looking forward to working with colleagues at UCSF to develop new and strengthen existing clinical and research programs of excellence.
