Welcome Back! Jerome Taylor Returns to UCSF as New Evening CT Supervisor

Jerome Taylor is the new evening CT Supervisor, bringing with him a wealth of experience and leadership skills.

Taylor, who first joined UCSF as a CT Technologist in 2019, has returned after serving as CT Manager at Contra Costa County Hospital. His homecoming marks an exciting new chapter in the radiology department's evening operations.

During his initial tenure at UCSF, Taylor distinguished himself through his technical expertise and dedication to patient care. At Contra Costa County Hospital he developed crucial management skills that he brings to this supervisory position. Taylor is currently pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys perfecting his swing on local golf courses, a passion that helps him maintain work-life balance. He's also earned a reputation as an amateur mixologist, with his signature Mai Tai becoming a favorite among friends and family.

As Taylor settles into his new role, his combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and dedication to patient care makes him a valuable addition to the UCSF Health radiology team. His journey from CT Technologist to Evening Supervisor is an inspiring example of one career pathway for technologists at UCSF Health.
