UCSF @ ASPNR 2026

Group photo of UCSF faculty, alumni, and trainees standing indoors behind large illuminated ASPNR letters, smiling at the camera, with conference badges visible and a city view through floor to ceiling windows in the background.

Our department had a phenomenal showing at this year's ASPNR in Tampa, FL. Orit Glenn served on the planning committee and worked to ensure our tradition of sponsoring learners and young faculty, with many UCSF alumni and faculty speaking at the meeting. Continuing our tradition of excellence, UCSF faculty, alumni, and learners received awards at the meeting (see below). UCSF faculty speakers included Matt Barkovich, Elizabeth George, Orit Glenn, Yi Li, and Steve Hetts.  UCSF alumni speakers included Benita Tamrazi, Bruno Soares, Stephen Kralik, Michael Regner, Amanda Baker, Erin Simon Schwartz, and Mark Mamlouk (also UCSF volunteer clinical physician). UCSF alum Priya Rajagopalan and UCSF alum and clinical professor-volunteer Camilla Lindan served as moderators. Camilla Lindan organized the YPS mentor mixer reception which was a huge success.
