Background Information for the MSBI Program

Before the start of classes in the fall, there are two bootcamps that will review math concepts that will be relevant during the program and that will familiarize students with MATLAB.  The concepts that are covered during these bootcamps are summarized below.  Students wishing to enhance their preparation prior to the bootcamps can explore some of the resources highlighted at the bottom of this page or otherwise review the concepts listed.

NOTE: You do not need to purchase a MATLAB license – this will be provided along with a program laptop during orientation.
