UCSF Sonography for Sonographers 2018
Couse Outline and Credits
This one-day course is geared toward sonographers, and welcomes other medical providers whose practices include clinical applications of ultrasound. Emphasis will be placed on practical, clinically relevant information that is useful in the day-to-day performance of a variety of sonographic examinations. Speakers consist of ten UCSF faculty who specialize in radiology, obgyn and/or pediatrics.
Full-day course from 7:15 am to 5:15 pm. Continental breakfast and brown-bag lunch will be provided.
This course is approved for 9.25 CE credits by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS CME Tracker # 36705).
This course does not provide AMA-PRA Category 1 Credit.

Location and Directions

Location: due to construction, attendees will need to enter the building at 513 Parnassus Avenue, walk up the stairs to the second floor, and proceed across the outdoor courtyard to the meeting room (directional signs will be posted).
Parking: the 500 Parnassus Parking Garage will offer a half-price all-day rate of $16 for attendees. You can also enter at the back entrance at Irving & 2nd Ave.
Public Transit: the SF Muni N-Judah Streetcar stops behind the UCSF Campus parking garage at the bottom level. Take the parking garage elevators up to street level.
