The Hyatt Regency has reserved a limited block of rooms at a special room rate for this conference.  The conference room rate will be extended Oct. 16-28 (upon availability).  Reservations must be made through the weblink above, or by calling the hotel reservations department directly.  Reservation requests made after the deadline listed above cannot be guaranteed and will be offered on availability. 

The Resort Fee has been reduced to $10 per day (plus tax) for those attendees who book directly with the Hyatt with the UCSF group by phone or website;  those who do not will be charged the regular daily fee of $32. Resort fee includes in-room wireless internet, complimentary self-park, 24-hour access to the Stay Fit Gym, 25% discount on rack rate Greens Fees at Ka’anapali (Royal and Kai) golf courses. A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. 

Additional adult for standard room: 3 persons = $80, 4 persons = $160;  regency club: 3 persons = $130, 4 persons = $260 , per room/ per night.  Rates exclude state hotel room tax of 14.4% (subject to change).  Recommended housekeeping gratuity: $5.50 per day.  Porterage is not included, bell staff gratuity is on own.  Valet park $32. Check-in 4:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am.  The rate of two nights accommodation (plus tax) will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.  Early departures not notified upon check-in will be charged $75 per day vacated.
