The 2021 RSNA Annual Meeting was a hybrid event with attendees returning to Chicago after a year away due to COVID-19. Faculty, post-doctoral scholars, trainees and research staff were all involved in a full schedule of lectures, courses, scientific sessions, on-demand presentations, panels, education exhibits and more. It was a great event, and we'd like to share a few highlights.

The American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (AHA) recently published their ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines. This marks the first update to these official clinical practice guidelines in nearly a decade. 

Thomas Hope, MD answers some questions about recent developments of prostate-specific membrane antigen PET imaging, or PSMA PET, to provide a more effective imaging test for men who have prostate cancer and what's next. 

Siemens Healthineers and UC San Francisco have formed a research and innovation-driven collaboration to make radiological imaging greener, while improving access to and quality of radiological imaging in Northern California. The agreement will also explore artificial intelligence in radiology, clinical data and image integration, and quantitative imaging.
