Mark Mamlouk, MD, helmed the 2025 American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology (ASPNR) conference as program chair for this year’s meeting in Austin, Texas. The scientific meeting January 17-19 featured expert speakers, cutting-edge research, and  plenty of interactive learning.

Christopher Hess, MD, PhD

Chris Hess, MD, PhD, delivered the keynote address on The Future of Radiology. Many of our department members also delivered presentations, including Yi Li, MD, Orit Glenn, MD, (Fetal Spine Malformations: Imaging Tips & Diagnosis) Camilla Lindan, MD, (New Horizons in Genetic Therapies) Elizabeth George, MBBS, (MOGAD: Presentation vs Relapse) and Michael Romano, MD, PhD. Matt Barkovich, MD, served as a moderator for the Fetal & Neonatal session.

 

 

 

 

2025 Charlotte and Thierry Huisman Travel Award

Michael Romano, MD, PhD, received the 2025 Charlotte and Thierry Huisman Travel Award, dedicated to enabling qualified trainees with accepted scientific or educational abstracts to attend the annual meeting and enhance their exposure to pediatric neuroradiology.

Orit Glenn, MD, was inducted as a Fellow of the ASPNR, recognized for her significant contributions to the society and the field through her service as a committee member and chair, her publication history, and her stature as an educator in pediatric neuroradiology.
