Everyone at the UC San Francisco (UCSF) Radiology Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program is so excited to announce that we will be hosting the UCSF Thoracic Imaging Update CME course at the beautiful Omni Rancho las Palmas Resort and Spa in Palm Springs, California. Join us from Sunday, February 12 to Tuesday, February 14, 2023, for three half-day morning sessions.

Each year, the UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging looks forward to the RSNA Annual Meeting. This year was especially exciting as we were all able to return to Chicago in person. Our team enjoyed the camaraderie of discussing important topics with colleagues face to face. Here are a few of the highlights.

UCSF Radiology is excited to congratulate Heather Greenwood, MD, on her recognition as a Fellow of the Society of Breast Imaging. Dr. Greenwood is an associate Professor of Clinical Radiology in the Breast Imaging section at UCSF Radiology. The honor was bestowed on Dr. Greenwood at the RSNA 2022 Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.

The UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is pleased to announce that Melanie Morrison, PhD, has joined our faculty as an assistant professor in residence in the neuroimaging research group starting on December 1, 2022.

Join us from February 15, 2023 to Friday, February 17, 2023! There will be three half-day morning sessions, Wednesday thru Friday.

We are excited to celebrate National Radiologic Technology Week and all the technologists at UCSF aiming to heal through their tireless work. NRTW is an annual celebration recognizing the vital work of radiologic technologists in patient care.
