Human Performance & Functional Testing Core

Human Performance and Functional Testing Core (HPFTC) provides state-of-the-art accurate and reliable assessment of a wide range of human movements, and acts as a catalyst for introducing these technologies into a broad range of translational research projects across the University. It also provides educational sessions to current and future users increasing research collaborations and disseminating information. The HPFTC provides a functional testing environment for standardized clinical tests in different musculoskeletal pathologies, and develops novel technology for monitoring of physical activity in the community using high-resolution high-bandwidth sensors.
