The Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS) is a recent addition to the American College of Radiology (ACR) reporting and data systems and consists of both ultrasound (US) and MRI arms. Lori Strachowski, MD is one of the original members of the ACR O-RADS committee. Tara Morgan, MD has joined and Priyanka Jha, MBBS will join also.

A large study of brain MRI scans from 11,679 children between the ages of 9 and 10 reviewed by UC San Francisco neuroradiologists identified potentially life-threatening conditions in 1 in 500 children, and more minor but possibly clinically significant brain abnormalities in 1 out of 25 children.
