7T MRI at China Basin

The 7T Small Animal MRI facility at China Basin Landing is a compelling in-vivo imaging solution for rodents and other small mammals. We provide high quality anatomic and functional imaging services, using our 7T 300 MHz Horizontal Bore Varian MR System.  Complete with ancillary tools and monitoring equipment, the facility is manned full-time with support staff capable of addressing all of your imaging needs.  Below, you can find information on running a study with us, our equipment, our protocol capabilities, data analysis and management services, and rate information.

Getting Started

We provide you with full support along all aspects of your study, from experiment and protocol design, to animal care and housing, to image analysis and data management.  Beginning the process is easy; you can start by contacting us with questions and preliminary ideas for your experiment, and then take a look at our online  study application.
