Testimonials

I loved that it is a clean facility, they accept walk-ins, and that it is maintained well.

I have only been here one time for this pregnancy. My first pregnancy was in DC and all my providers were in one place, somewhat like it is here. I was looking for the same kind of care in San Francisco and I believe I have found it here.

This place is remarkable because people take a few minutes to really welcome you and show that they care. As I get older, I notice that, in healthcare settings, people tend to treat you like you don’t count. You feel invisible. This means that the fact that people show they care here is absolutely remarkable to me and I deeply appreciate it. It’s not just what they say to me, but also how they treat me that I notice. It is different. It is remarkable. Thank you!

I have no complaints because we have had our UCSF doctors here for more than 25 years. We have good service. Now that this facility is here, it is great to know we can get the same service with the convenience to the East Bay right here.

We honestly feel it is an immense blessing and privilege to be able to access health care here. The best part of the whole cancer process with my mom was knowing she was in good hands. I love knowing that the departments are all connected. Here, everything is seamless in terms of communications. Everything is very centralized. (We didn't experience this in other parts of the country.) I have never had an experience with bad bedside demeanor at UCSF. They are pleasant, genuine people, top of their field.
