In this presentation, Drs. Shepherd and Joe will discuss research and clinical applications of breast density. These include research topics and questions such as how breast density is defined and how best to represent it from screening mammograms, as well as clinical applications and controversies such as triaging women for different screening modalities based on density, the impact of the California Breast Density Reporting Law (SB 1538), and recommendations for women with high breast density.
