Specific Indicators of high risk

  • BRCA1/BRCA2 gene mutation, etc
    • BRCA1 and BRCA2: Mutations in which these tumor suppressor genes are deleted
  • Untested first degree relative of mutation carrier
  • Very strong family history of breast cancer
  • Previous chest radiation therapy ≤30 years
