Specific Indicators of high risk
- BRCA1/BRCA2 gene mutation, etc
- BRCA1 and BRCA2: Mutations in which these tumor suppressor genes are deleted
- Untested first degree relative of mutation carrier
- Very strong family history of breast cancer
- Previous chest radiation therapy ≤30 years
