Deposit: a credit card is required for confirmation, and you will be charged a two-nights deposit at the time of booking, the remaining reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund (without penalty); for full or partial cancellations made less than 30 days, the full amount will be forfeited.  Early departures not notified at check-in will be charged for the original reservation and an addtional $100.  The nightly group rate will be extended 3 days pre-/post- meeting dates on a first-come, first-served space-available basis and cannot be guaranteed. Room requests made after the reservations deadline will be honored at the conference roomrate on a space-available basis.  

Guest rooms at the Hotel Terra Jackson Hole include flat-screen hi-def TVs and in-room internet access. The Hotel offers the popular il Villaggio Osteria restaurant, and has a full-service top-floor “Chill Spa” with steam rooms, a roof-top hot-tub, infinity pool and terrace. UCSF attendees and their guests are eligible for a 10% discount on all Chill Spa treatments. Policies Check-in is 4 pm, checkout is 12 noon. 8.8% hotel daily service fee covers in-room internet access, local phone calls, and access to the fitness center, spa, pool and hot tub. All charges are subject to 10% sales tax. Spa services subject to 20% gratuity. Valet parking is $25 per night, self-park is complimentary.

Enjoy any number of winter activities including, skiing, snowmobiling, snowcoach tours, guided tours, dog sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, snow tubing, ice skating and other outdoor rentals. Grand Teton National Park is closed for automobile traffic during the winter; however, park tours and activities can be arranged through local tour companies.
