#UCSFRadGrateful Gives Kudos to Faculty, Staff and Trainees in 2020

As 2020 draws to a close, the UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging launched a gratitude campaign (#UCSFRadGrateful) posted on our social media from December 14 through 31, 2020. This campaign gives UCSF Radiology faculty, staff and trainees the opportunity to share images and captions to give kudos and appreciation to colleagues.

“In this memorable year, we would like to recognize the many ways our colleagues carried us through challenges, offered fresh perspectives or a helping hand, and shared the work of practicing in a pandemic,” says Matthew Bucknor, MD, associate chair of wellbeing and professional climate.

“We know that 2020 has been difficult in so many ways. We've also heard amazing stories from our teams about problem-solving, generosity, camaraderie, and even light-hearted fun,” says Christopher Hess, MD, PhD, department chair.
