Katharina Ziegeler, MD

Katharina Ziegeler, MD completed her medical studies and residency at the Charité in Berlin. Her primary clinical and research interest is the multimodal imaging of rheumatic diseases, spanning from multi-energy CT in crystal arthropathies to advanced quantitative imaging in OA. She is a full member of the Asessment of Spondyloarthritis international Society (ASAS). Dr. Ziegeler has been a consulting researcher with CTMI since finishing her postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Link in June 2025 and works as a radiologist at the Rheumazentrum Ruhrgebiet in Herne, Germany.
