Dr. Charles Springer is Professor in the Advanced Imaging Research Center (AIRC) at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). He has >30 years experience in In Vivo MR research and >40 years experience in MR science. He was founding Director of the OHSU AIRC, and before that founding Director of the High-Field MRI Laboratory in the Brookhaven National Laboratory Chemistry Department, while a member of the Stony Brook Chemistry faculty for 35 years. Professor Springer has held visiting Professorships at California Institute of Technology and Harvard Medical School. He has more than 100 peerreviewed publications (averaging almost 60 citations each [h-Index near 40]).
