Matthew Bucknor, MD

Dr. Matthew Bucknor is an Associate Professor in Residence in the Musculoskeletal Imaging subspecialty section, and the Inaugural Associate Chair for Wellbeing and Professional Climate in the UCSF Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging. He is also the Chair of the Radiology and Biomedical Imaging Diversity Committee in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco. He received his medical degree from Stanford School of Medicine and his four-year residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UCSF, followed by a clinical fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging and Intervention at Stanford Medical Center. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Bucknor joined the Musculoskeletal Imaging faculty as an Assistant Professor in Residence at UCSF.

Rosanna Juarez, MD

Dr. Roxanna Juarez earned her MD from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She then completed an Internal Medicine internship at Greenwich Hospital-Yale New Haven Health, CT. While there, she received the Browning award for trainees who display exceptional teamwork. Dr. Juarez completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, followed by a UCSF Nuclear Medicine fellowship. In 2020, Dr. Juarez became a faculty member in the Molecular Imaging and Therapeutics section of the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging.
